This dramatic and large-scale work references the nobility of inlaid marble floors found in ancient Roman villas–but this surface is much more inviting and comfortable underfoot. The tufted tipshear process creates a cut-velvet brocade surface with plush designs gently raised above a multi-hued ground of striations beneath. Its a complexity that is both visual and tactile, in an array of ten majestic colorways.
