This is a 3 bed 2 bath home located in Breckenridge Estates, just outside of Iowa City. There is a resident approval process, anyone over 18 must apply for approval. Once approved we can submit you lender app/s to any of the 4 lenders that we work with. Lender sets the down payment, generally between 3-10%, as well as what the monthly mortgage would be. Lot rent is $579/month and includes dish network and internet. Water/sewer/trash are billed with the monthly lot rent. On site we have a community room that residents can reserve for special occasions, playground, fenced area for trailers, boats, rv's.
