2006 Skyline double wide for sale. 3 bedroom, 2 baths. On rented lot. Started remodeling, updating but will not be able to finish. Need to sell asap to be able to relocate. Can move once paid off. Since it is not on a foundation or land it is sold like a vehicle with a title. A lien release will get sent to the state from finance company once I pay it off, the clear title will be release to me where I can sign it over to buyer. AC quit a few years ago, however heating unit works so new a-coil and outside unit will fix it. I just haven't spent the money on it.
